I am trying to sell my house quickly and I would like to know if there is another way besides listing it for sale and following the process of showing in and accepting offers from buyers.
There are the "quick buyers for cash" who give you about 30 cents on the dollar if you have lots of equity .
Don’t know of any who pick up mortgages that near or exceed CURRENT market value .

lenders dont buy homes….private investors do.
