Dr Bri is the voice of reason and sanity for Team Drunk Ottawa. It's not just a name, either - he's an actual doctor. OK, not a *real* doctor that could stitch you up or tell you what is causing that green discharge, but a doctor nonetheless. I bet he gives great prescription, though.

Dr Bri is most known for living in the one spot in all of Ontario where broadband internet access is not available.

His hobbies include computer gaming, comic books, graphic art (he can sketch a mean caricature!), and trying not to blow away in a light breeze.
