CMHC Mortgage Consumer Survey showing that Canadian mortgage consumers manage their debt responsibly.
The survey is based on a national probability sample of more than 1400 recent active mortgage consumers made up of first-time buyers, repeat buyers, mortgage renewers and refinance consumers. The results are accurate within 2.6 percentage points 19 times out of 20.
